At the E.O’Neill Group, we are passionate about creating the right environment – this is also true when we carry out works on a residential property, such as a block of flats or a HMO conversion.

Residential work includes painting and decorating, structural works such as building partitions and replacement / repairing ceilings, fitting of fire doors and uPVC windows, and the repair and replacement of flooring (ceramic tiles, vinyl, carpets etc).

Flats and Apartments

When renovating flats and apartments, as well as the living spaces themselves, we can also refurbish other elements of the property – including access and safety points, private spaces and basements, and the condition of communal spaces.

HMO’s and conversions

Converting a property into a house of multiple occupancy (HMO) add a degree of complexity, but our staff have lots of experience with this. Creating amazing living spaces, while being fully aware of the licensing legal requirements with safety and access being a primary concern.
